
Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our business operations to Zoho One.
Key Responsibilities:- Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
- Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
- Set up third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
- Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
- Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
- Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.
Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
Able to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.). Background in business process automation and optimization for retail industries.
Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
Able to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting. Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.
