Accounting Position Overview

A highly skilled accounting professional with a strong financial management background and passion for delivering exceptional results is required to assist clients in achieving their objectives. At our organization, we empower individuals to excel in their careers and communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training on accounting programs, preparing financial statements and tax returns, as well as using accounting software to extract reports and data.

  • Extract and analyze financial data using accounting software.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, income tax returns, and Business Activity Statements for various entities.
  • Remain up-to-date with tax law changes and interpret and understand tax law to explain it to clients.
  • Maintain and complete client history, trust details.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or a relevant qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software and demonstrate energy and drive.
