Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide feedback to improve processes.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
