We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders
- Organizing inboxes, responding to emails, and prioritizing communications
- Preparing reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Handling travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
- Assisting with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
This role requires a strong communicator, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role. They must be fluent in English, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
