Relationship Associate Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

  • You will be responsible for servicing daily requests of clients, maintaining up-to-date information on accounts, and ensuring the completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
  • Coordinate with concerned units to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
  • Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client proposals to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and business plans.
  • Help handle customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure:
  • Develop skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients.
  • Increase exposure on loan, trade, branch, and treasury transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business related or Accounting field. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills.
