Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster open communication channels with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding
    1. Coordinate with clients to gather required information and set up meetings.
    2. Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery with all relevant details captured.
  2. Ongoing Relationship Management
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    2. Conduct regular check-ins to review progress, address issues, and share updates.
    3. Track and report on defined customer health metrics.
    4. Proactively identify and address risks to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Advocacy & Marketing Support
    1. Identify and develop customer case studies after successful engagements.
    2. Coordinate with clients for PR and joint marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus.
