Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that brings our brand to life. This role requires a talented designer who can produce high-quality designs for various platforms, including digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design multi-channel projects within established brand guidelines for print and digital media.
  • Develop concepts from scratch, ensuring a consistent and coherent brand experience that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to build components for our digital campaigns, websites, and microsites, with a strong understanding of UX design and distribution channels.
  • Contribute to additional projects as assigned, responding to creative needs while delivering quality design files within tight deadlines.
  • Participate in ideation sessions, providing creative solutions, design expertise, and feedback to the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as multimedia arts or fine arts.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in digital design.
  • Experience in a creative agency is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of modern digital tools, platforms, and practices.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Arrangement
  • Full-time availability with occasional visits to the office.
  • Candidate must be located in Metro Manila or nearby.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12AM, weekends off.

This position requires a full-time commitment and active avoidance of any dual employment or external consulting work that may interfere with duties or present a conflict of interest.
