Job Description

This is a high-impact leadership position that involves leading the strategic transformation of our largest client-facing business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, service delivery, or operations and will be able to evolve from traditional support to forward-looking CX models.

The successful candidate will lead the development of new strategies for delivering world-class client experiences, including automation, AI enablement, and self-service experiences that drive outcomes.

  • Serve as a partner to the Implementations teams in maintaining operational excellence of AI tools and automations
  • Lead adoption and success measurement of AI tools like QBR Assist, Client Pulse, and Team Coaching Insights

This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to balance execution with strategic vision.
