Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Instructional Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design models, excellent communication skills, and experience in writing training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive training materials, including scriptwriting, review, and validation with Subject Matter Experts.
  2. Participate in implementation by scheduling and delivering train-the-trainer sessions, ensuring all necessary technologies and facilities are available.
  3. Conduct thorough training evaluations using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, analyzing results, lessons learned, and implementation issues.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in ADDIE and SAM process, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other relevant instructional models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing training materials.
  • Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (preferred).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
  • Ability to develop multiple projects simultaneously, manage diverse workgroups, and drive collaborative solutions.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer or technical support service or BPO environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum two years' experience in learning and development environments focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery.
