Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Learning Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Identify and review client training requirements, current curriculum, modules, and content for upgrades, redesign, and enhancements (20%)
  • Collaborate and provide consulting on effective training methodologies and program launch plans based on requirements. Build the training practice accordingly (20%)
  • Write Learning and Development SOPs with documented requirements and best practices, then hand off to launch teams for implementation (20%)
  • Evaluate performance over successive waves as part of the launch plan, supporting to ensure training meets business needs and making adjustments for targeted improvements (20%)
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, launch team members, trainers, and management, including follow-up actions and revisions to meet KPI goals at 60 days post-implementation (20%)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Training or Learning & Development functions
  • Hands-on facilitation and training experience across multiple geographies
  • Proven experience in training calendar and budget preparation
  • Certification in Training Needs Analysis, Facilitation, Training Evaluation, Module Curation, or Train the Trainer is critical
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices; network with professional bodies and forums
