Sr. Customer Success Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-touch accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement customized success plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress towards goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
