The E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day operations of the hub, conducting team briefings, and monitoring hub performance.

Main Tasks
  • Support the team in achieving daily operational objectives.
  • Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for the hub.
  • Support the Customer Support team during peak periods.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with agency coordinators to manage agency teams.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
