Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leads in CRM software by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending targeted email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Draft and send professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Conduct research on industry-related information to support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
