Remote Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our remote team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Ad hoc administrative support will also be required across other teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation and Design
    • Design social media graphics, slides, and course visuals using Canva.
    • Perform basic video edits for course and social content.
    • Create content writing pieces including emails, social posts, and course material.
  2. Course Management and Development
    • Set up and manage courses on Kajabi.
    • Create slides for webinars and courses.
    • Perform basic LMS management.
  3. Project Management and Organization
    • Use Monday.com for task tracking and team coordination.
    • Manage CRM using GHL (Go High Level).
    • Create and maintain SOPs.
  4. Marketing and Client Management
    • Manage social media platforms (posting, engagement).
    • Set up email marketing campaigns and automation.
    • Provide client support via emails, DMs, and technical assistance.
  5. Technical and Administrative Support
    • Perform basic website updates on Kajabi.
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
    • Enter data and format documents.
  6. Professional Attributes
    • Be punctual, proactive, and productive.
    • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Maintain sales and reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role, with strong written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in office software, basic knowledge of data entry and database management, ability to work independently, and strong organisational and time management skills.
