Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items meet our high standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing procurement plans
  • Enforcing procurement policies and procedures
  • Evaluating and approving products and services
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase records
  • Maintaining supplier information and relationships
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Supervisory and management experience
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
  • Willingness to be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
