Job Description

Seeking a senior-level professional to spearhead the development of scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.

The role requires strong expertise in designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform. The successful candidate will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal integration with Azure-based data sources.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform.
  • Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal integration with Azure-based data sources.
  • Guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
