Role Overview:
The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training content that meets the needs of our employees.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective training experiences that promote learning and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing training content using a variety of approaches.
- Collaborating with SMEs to design training solutions that meet business needs.
- Managing internal and external staff and resources to deliver training projects.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and emerging trends in the field.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing Web-based training in a corporate environment.
- Solid Instructional Design knowledge and development of digital content using Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise360, Lectora, SnagIT, Camtasia, VideoScribe, Powtoon, VYOND (video editing software).
- Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills, driving results individually and in a team setting.
