Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrators are responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

We seek a skilled Accounts Administrator to handle financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable for various departments
  • Enter invoices into the company's accounting system
  • Categorize invoices based on expenditure
  • Perform reconciliation tasks
  • Input data into the company database
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, diligence, persistence, resilience, and process-driven approach
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Motivated team player with a willingness to assist others
  • Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility
  • Accountability and ownership of tasks and role
  • Experience with MYOB accounting software is desirable
  • Previous experience working in Australian Real Estate is advantageous
