Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Planning Assistant. This role will involve working closely with clients to provide expert advice on investment portfolios, asset allocation, and financial planning strategies.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring client investment portfolios to ensure they align with recommended asset allocation, preparing recommendations for the adviser on any changes needed, and maintaining accurate records of advice.
  • Another key aspect of this role is preparing quarterly/annual client performance reports, which will require analyzing data and providing insightful analysis.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing SMSF investment strategies, liaising with product providers and investment platforms, and updating the client's CRM tool.
  • In addition, this role involves reconciling fees and commissions, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
