Senior Financial Planning Analyst l WFH l Nightshift

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Planning Analyst to play a key role in supporting our company's financial planning and analysis functions.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. They will also analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful.
  • Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
