Job Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Monitoring & Incident SRE to safeguard system uptime and drive reliability across our platform.

This role involves building world-class observability, leading incident response, and reducing toil through automation. You will work at the intersection of engineering and operations, quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design dashboards for monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Build alerting pipelines and use automation to reduce toil.
  • Take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
Technical Requirements
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Clear communicator under pressure, especially during incident calls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across dev, infra, and ops.
Above and Beyond
  • Experience in high-uptime or mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced reliability engineering practices (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets).
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools for operational workflows.
