Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our technical team as an IT Support Specialist.

This role involves working with a specialized team providing advanced support tasks, going beyond the capabilities of Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.

  • Work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk framework.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with consumers at various levels within the organization.
  • Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing systems, and ensure consumers are properly handled and updated.
  • Develop and update knowledge articles to aid in issue resolution.

In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field with experience working as an IT Service Provider.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in resolving software and hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Experience using service desk ticketing tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • ServiceNow experience is beneficial.
