Digital Marketing Specialist

This key role requires a professional with excellent digital marketing skills, able to develop and execute successful campaigns that drive leads and grow our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality online marketing content, such as blog posts, press releases, and e-books.
  • Manage company social media efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Develop and maintain company newsletter campaigns.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, PPC, retargeting, and direct mail.
  • Monitor and analyze job-related KPIs, providing weekly and monthly reports and suggesting action plans to improve performance.
  • Meet with clients to discuss marketing performance, address issues, and create solutions.
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing plans, understanding companies' voice and branding.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
