E Commerce Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E Commerce Specialist to spearhead our online presence and drive sales growth.

  1. Website Optimization: Manage the overall performance of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient operations.
  2. Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise.
  3. Product Management: Optimize product listings and content, leveraging visual assets and specifications to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop strategic partnerships with content creators, influencers, and businesses to expand our reach and drive sales.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities that increase brand visibility and reach.
  6. Pricing Strategy: Set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit.
  7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and minimize stockouts.
  8. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement initiatives to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in e commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Experience with SEO & knowledge of non technical SEO best practices.
  • Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, esp Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
