Enhance customer satisfaction and boost performance as a Quality Assurance Professional.

Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores. Active listening skills will ensure proper information is given to customers while analyzing spreadsheets for patterns that guide performance training.

The successful candidate will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and contribute to the success of customer experience and team goals.

Daily tasks include assisting in auditing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reviewing operational procedures, coordinating logistics for audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience, and data analysis skills.
