Job Overview

Data Configuration Experts drive outcomes for customers during their implementation journey. As key members of our teams, you'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Ensure completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems.
  • Work across the Implementations team helping us provide a mix of paid and unpaid services to customers joining Employment Hero.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and customer support teams.
  • Perform system configuration, check and analyse configuration issues, and carry out necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review, and input.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
