Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agents' calls, handling all quality analysis and reporting based on specified policies and procedures.

The selected candidate will participate in calibration and coaching sessions regularly and conduct/lead training as needed. To be successful in this position, you must have a College Level or Bachelor's Degree in any course and at least 6 months to 1 year Call Center Experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate agents' calls to ensure high-quality service
  • Provide accurate and timely reports weekly to management
  • Participate in calibration and coaching sessions to improve performance
  • Conduct/lead training to develop team members' skills
