Senior Solution Engineer Job Opportunity

Maintaining a deep understanding of cloud-based data solutions, our Senior Solution Engineers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert technical assistance to customers. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communicating complex data solutions to both technical and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of data solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position solutions in relation to them
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve products and marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in customer-facing sales engineering (tech pre-sales) role
  • Strong competency on modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data apps
  • Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL (Python knowledge beneficial)
