Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial processes and customer support. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, respond to customer billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile payments through Stripe and QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts receivable, including following up on past due payments, reconciling bank statements and credit cards, processing and recording bills, generating and analyzing financial reports, and handling payment-related customer service tickets.
- Monitor and update memorized transactions and process payroll.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries, process scheduling and change requests, handle referral programs and commission tracking, and generate and send customer invoices.
- Conduct regular billing audits, review and verify wage reports, monitor branch metrics and subject metrics, maintain accurate pricing plans, and track and process sales commissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Stripe Payment Processing, Freshdesk or similar customer service platforms, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), strong customer service orientation, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
