We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to provide comprehensive support to both financial operations and executive-level administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports with discretion.
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes to facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee office administration and special projects as needed to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and executive support roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business outcomes.
