Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our financial and office operations in a remote position. This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use the Xero financial accounting system for bookkeeping and financial management tasks.
  • Prepare and reconcile general bank statements, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter bills into the Xero system and establish supplier accounts for efficient cash flow management.
  • Manage payroll, superannuation payments, and Single Touch Payroll compliance.
  • Perform BAS reporting and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconcile credit cards (NAB, AMEX, Latitude Global) and handle supplier reconciliations and email remittances.
  • Assist with general administration duties, including correspondence and document management.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Xero Accounting Software.
  2. At least 3 years of experience with Xero Accounting software.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Self-motivated and adaptable, with flexibility to prioritize tasks as needed.
Work Environment & Expectations

This is a full-time work-from-home role that requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. You will be expected to work fixed shift times and use time tracking software during work hours.
