About the Role

In this role, you'll execute and optimize comprehensive payroll controls, resolve payroll queries and escalations, and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own complete payroll processing cycle
  • Execute and optimize comprehensive payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
  • Payroll accounting reconciliations
  • Resolve payroll queries and escalations

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence, manage key stakeholder relationships, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years+ of payroll/HR experience
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven track record of stakeholder management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law
- Familiar with HCM, Payroll and Time & Attendance Technologies
