As a Recruitment Specialist at MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP., you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization's success. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our recruitment team.

  1. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet their specific needs.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Utilize diverse platforms and recruitment channels to source and evaluate top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  3. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Assessment and Feedback: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
  5. Candidate Relationship Building: Foster strong, professional relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in FMCG, construction, or BPO industries is a significant advantage.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record of recruiting for executive to director-level positions across diverse functions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Highly collaborative and skilled at working with multiple departments and hiring managers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
