The Information Technology Product Manager role at our company is a challenging opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving innovation and excellence in the digital products space.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define the product vision, setting goals, and prioritizing features based on market research and stakeholder input

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring that digital products meet customer needs at every stage.
  2. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
  3. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  4. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  5. Lead the development of MVPs to quickly validate product ideas and gather user feedback.
  6. Define the core features necessary to meet initial user needs and iterating based on feedback.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, prioritize features.
  8. Ensure successful product launches thru effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  9. Drive people change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital products and processes.
  10. Develop and implement training programs and communication plans to support change.
  11. Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  12. Track user engagement, satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.
  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or any business-related course.
  • At least 6 years experience in project, portfolio, and product management; at least 3 years of which in handling digital and/or IT initiatives.
  • Familiarity with any project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
