Art Director Role

The role of an Art Director is a pivotal one in shaping the creative direction of our brand. They will be responsible for developing compelling visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

  • Create innovative concepts aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversight of high-quality visual assets creation for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaboration with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders for cohesive storytelling.
  • Mentorship and constructive feedback to designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Design critiques and approval of creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards and marketing objectives.
  • Management of project timelines, ensuring efficient task distribution and timely delivery of creative assets.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
  • Strong understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
