We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be part of creating engaging experiences that bring humanity to business.

About the Job:
  • Create and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across various regions to attract potential candidates.
  • Provide consultative services to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.

You will analyze the efficiency of paid content types based on key performance indicators and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

You should also be knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from creative design program.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
