Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging role in digital marketing? This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media platforms, crafting compelling content, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish approved content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using MA/Meta Business Manager, Zoho Social, or similar tools.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the company's marketing calendar.
  • Engage with target audiences through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp to segmented customer, lead, and prospect lists.
  • Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management and email marketing software.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
