Imagine designing systems that drive real-world impact. As a system builder, you will lead the creation of scalable systems, launch innovative automations, and develop executive dashboards that measure success.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create and optimize systems across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear SOPs (standards operating procedures) for end-to-end processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement integrations and automations across our technology stack, utilizing tools like Zapier, Make, and Power Automate.
  • Launch executive dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including cycle time, error rates, cost per task, and adoption rates.
  • SOURCE & ORCHESTRATE ADVISORY COMMITTEES / SMEs: identify knowledge gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Run proof-of-concept (POC) → pilot → rollout projects with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent fields such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • Remote-readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ (Jeddah, KSA) based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/2FA).
Skills
  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
