The Role:

This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you will be working closely with real families who face real human problems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, reviewing, and accurately tracking required documentation from caregivers and families;
  • Conducting outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries, providing clear guidance to families throughout the documentation process;
  • Managing a high volume of daily phone interactions (60–70 calls), demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and efficiency;
  • Verifying that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state regulations and Medicaid/Medicare requirements;
  • Communicating effectively and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email to ensure a supportive experience;
  • Maintaining well-organized records, monitoring upcoming expirations, and sending timely reminders to prevent lapses;
  • Partnering with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to ensure a seamless process for families and caregivers.
