Empowerment Specialist

This position involves managing family training pipelines, guiding families through the healthcare system, and partnering with cross-functional teams to advance our mission.

• Manage our family support pipeline, help families reach their potential, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver best-in-class care.
• Guide families through complex systems, be their biggest advocate during highs and lows, and provide emotional support.
• Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across various disciplines to drive innovation and collaboration.
• Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to one another, and organize events that foster a sense of community and reliance.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent project management and process execution skills, with the ability to handle complex initiatives and optimize workflows.
• Proficiency in business analytics and performance measurement, including spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
• Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
