Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

As a key member of our organization, the Manufacturing Operations Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our manufacturing operations across multiple production facilities nationwide.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth through sustainable practices and strategic project execution.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business results.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Lead national manufacturing teams to ensure optimal equipment performance, adherence to safety and quality standards, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision making and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, process engineering, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; professional licensure is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Background in multinational organizations and international work experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, including lean manufacturing, six sigma, and total quality management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
