Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing targeted audience segments and creating effective ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, preferably with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising principles and practices.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and its usage.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to train others in paid social media strategies.
