We are seeking a talented Enterprise Business System Developer to join our team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and maintain business systems that support our organization's operations. As an Enterprise Business System Developer, you will work closely with business partners and technology teams to understand processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions. Your technical expertise will be applied to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, and find solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to understand process requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system configurations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of one or more areas, including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, etc.
  • Experience in JavaScript or other programming languages.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Candidate must be customer-centric and have strong interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be self-motivated, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical parties.
