
Lead Customer Experience Specialist

The Senior Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service and attending to customers' needs.
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly manner, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Order Taking and Serving: Take orders from customers and serve them with a smile. Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Customer Feedback: Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude and provide solutions to any concerns raised.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Regularly clean equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Teamwork: Assist colleagues in different store areas as needed, supporting the team in achieving our goals.
- Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, reach counter tops/high storage shelves, and lift heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy smoke and steam exposure.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Customer Orientation: Possess a customer-oriented approach, always putting the customer first.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn, be patient, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Responsibility: Demonstrate responsibility in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
