We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists (f/m/d).

What You Will Do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email, guiding customers through the app and ensuring a great user experience in English.
  • Be the voice of our customers by sharing feedback and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with our teams to improve our product and have a direct impact on its development.
  • Represent Vivid Money and build trustful relationships with our customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in banking or financial services, with experience dealing with SMEs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Availability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week.
