Product Leadership Opportunity

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in steering product development from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with the company's strategic objectives, while driving innovation and success.

The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis and market research. This will enable them to achieve product success and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to develop product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, and keep them informed of progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements are defined.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology
