Campus Outreach Coordinator Job Description

RidenRoll is a tech platform that connects users with ride-hailing drivers and delivery services at competitive prices. Our mission is to deliver top-quality services, foster healthy competition, and create a safe, low-risk environment for all users.

As a dynamic Campus Outreach Coordinator, you will build partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. You will connect directly with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to encourage student participation in our driver platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to help students access flexible work opportunities while expanding our presence in the student workforce. Your primary goal is to present our platform as a viable income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.

  • Identify and contact relevant departments at educational institutions to schedule presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Present the RidenRoll opportunity and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, digital brochures, and campus boards.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  • Report weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
