Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our NOC-as-a-Service team as NOC Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring networks and systems, handling incident tickets, coordinating with field engineers, and ensuring seamless operations for our global clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Monitoring: Ensure the stability of our network infrastructure by closely monitoring systems, networks, and tools.
  • Ticket Management: Track and log work progress in ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to alerts and incident tickets to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
  • Field Engineer Coordination: Dispatch field engineers or technicians as needed and coordinate job activities to achieve optimal results.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with internal teams, field engineers, and customers to ensure clear understanding and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • A background in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
