Job Opportunity: Disaster Relief Call Center RepresentativeWe are seeking highly skilled and reliable individuals to work as disaster relief call center representatives. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.As a disaster relief call center representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, improving customer experience, utilizing our service techniques and systems, and escalating customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Customers - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Learn and Improve - Continuously learn and improve the customer's experience by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Utilize Our Systems - Effectively utilize our service techniques and systems to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate Issues - Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels to ensure prompt resolution.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Age Requirement - Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills required.
  • Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems required.
  • Reliability - Highly reliable with ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality required.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues required.
  • Conflict Resolution - Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation required.
  • Customer Service Orientation - Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships with team and customers required.
  • Teamwork - Strong team orientation and customer focus required.
  • Flexibility - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent required.
