Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Senior Host, Elite Services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Foster strong relationships with VIP guests, recognizing and addressing them by name in a personalized manner.
  2. Establish trust with patrons, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  3. Collaborate with the Elite Services Team and other departments to arrange bespoke experiences for VIP guests, including hotel reservations, transportation, dining, gaming, and leisure activities.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and profiles.
  3. Share guest profile information with the VIP Services Team to enhance their experience.
  4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
  5. Balance customer satisfaction with financial considerations.
